I love capturing families and couples together outdoors and living in Southsea by the beach I am very fortunate that I can use this wonderful area for lovely fun photo shoots.
These last few weeks I have enjoyed meeting some great families and where the weather has been just a bit too cold or windy (or the children are too little) I have been able to take my studio to families so children and adults can relax in their own surroundings.Thank goodness for BBC hour by hour weather forecast as it is saved so many outdoor family portrait shoots this winter.
I have been particularly touched, as an animal lover myself, how many people see their pets as part of their family and choose to include their animals in their portrait shoot. See some examples below.
